LLP as part of their award winning Ballantine Garden Village Scheme have designed a Retirement Village for Over 55's living consisting of a 40 bed care home, and 23 private retirement homes all of which are overlooking landscaped courtyard areas. The Village will also have accommodation for a warden and guests.
